Motivation Factor in Leadership
Here is a pdf file for the Introduction to my "Motivation Factor in Leadership". It is a research on the inner workings of the Pygmalion Theory. It is unfinished, but the introduction is placed here. Actually, it is a draft that outlines the points of the study. I am putting here the results also.
